Our users are facing in these days a problem which is "Fake Private Messages". Although we have given permissions to users to block such user individually but this seems to be some disturbance for our users. Some of these fake user also use contact forms to mail our genuine users. This is really bad situation for us.

We have changed our posting rules for the matrimonial classified ads or for forums. Now when our visitors or user post any topic in forums or post classified or matrimonial ad it will go in a moderation process. Our quality insurance team will review all the posted ads or content.
